BORNSUN LISUN-TIDE
LISUN-TIDE is a silkworm antibacterial peptide, belonging to the cecropin class B antibacterial peptide of strongest sterilization ability, consists of 37 amino-acid residues, containing 25% of-spiral amino acid and 43% of no-regular curling amino acid. After its gene has been decorated, increase number of positive charge of Silkworm antibacterial peptide, and also increase antibacterial activity. LISUN-TIDE is deeply fermented, filtered, concentrated and spray dried by Silkworm antibacterial peptides of genetic engineering bacteria, rich in silkworm antibacterial peptide, can high- efficiently inhibit highly pathogenic gram-negative bacterium, can replace feed antibiotics in feed partially or entirely. Antibacterial Peptide is safe, green, efficient product and not drug-resistant, it could eliminate all sorts of harms and have functions of disease-resistant, anti diarrhea and growth promotion.

1.Heat Resistance (Unit: mm, Indicator bacteria: Escherichia coli K12D31)
Results showed that below 121℃，the temperature has no effect on the antibacterial effect, Lisun-tide is resistant to temperature.
2.Resistance To Wide Ph Value
Results showed that the diameter of the inhibition zone at pH 2 is slightly larger than the other pH, and there is no significant difference of the diameter of the inhibition zone between the pH 4-8.
The reason is the strong acid environment has a inhibit effect on Escherichia coli. In general,Lisun-tide has a relatively resistance to strong acid and alkali.
3.Resistance to Lipase, Amylase and Protease Degradation
Results showed that Lisun-tide is highly resistant to various digestive enzymes.
Reference Usage and Dosage
1. Dosage(g/MT feed)
2. Rapidly use after open and tighten the rest part ASAP.
3. Harden caused by stacking does not affect the use during shelf life.
4. Mix the additive with feed thoroughly before feeding.
5. As this product is fermented product, slightly change of color doesn’t affect the usage.
